Printing techniques

Serigraphy

Is a decoration technique consisting on transferring ink directly to the garment, through a tightened screen over a wood or aluminum frame. This technique allows a fast reproduction of the same image, over and over. It is recommended for large volume jobs because it has a lower printing cost.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a technique by which a text and/or an image is applied directly to the garment using an industrial sewing machine. It is recommended for fabrics such as pique polos, oxford or twill shirts. Our line of uniforms is great for this type of technique.

Direct to Garment

This technique is very versatile since it allows making a sample very fast. The garment is placed directly in a DTG printer, which is merely an ink jet printer, which naturally, uses textile ink.

Heat Transfer

In this process, an inverted image is printed on a paper, later it is transferred to the garment through pressure and heat, using an industrial iron. This technique is very interesting since the touch that the image leaves is perfectly smooth and soft to the touch.
