Returns & Exchanges

YAZBEK holds a strict "No Returns or Exchanges" policy for all orders.

In the event of a defective product or an error in the fulfillment process, all claims must be made within 1 business day of the reception of the merchandise. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer at the time of purchase to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity prior to the embellishment process. YAZBEK will not accept claims made more than 5 days after the merchandise was received, nor accept responsibility for any missing items if the claim results from a third party handling the order-printer, embroiderer or any other, prior to the validation of the order by the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please know we are not responsible for shipping costs related to a refund unless it is deemed to be our mistake. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Mint Apparel reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return request is received and validated, items can be returned and after inspection, If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refund days may vary depending on your bank. 

CLOSEOUT OR CLEARANCE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, closeout items cannot be refunded.
