On-line freight methods can be Store Pickup, Prepaid, or free with a qualifying order. Store Pickup is for orders that do not qualify for free shipping, as an option to get the merchandise the same day - after the fulfillment process. Prepaid, allows the customer to get an estimate of the shipping charges before they confirm the order. This rate is based on Mint Apparel's preferred carriers and negotiated discounts. The quoted amount will be added to the invoice. Mint Apparel reserves the right to select the carrier for Prepaid shipments. If you have any specific shipping instructions for your order, please utilize the notes section prior to submitting and confirming your order.
Freight charges are calculated based on Mint Apparel negotiated freight discounts. This is calculated and discussed with you prior to completing the order. If you do not like the freight quote, or have a specific truck carrier of your own, then utilize the notes section to specify and contact Mint Apparel to notify. You will be solely responsible for the freight arrangements if using any other than the Mint Apparel option.
There is no minimum purchase required.
All orders are required to be pre-paid.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for payment. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card purchases except where prohibited by law.
YAZBEK holds a strict "No Returns or Exchanges" policy for all orders. However, in the event of a defective product or an error in the fulfillment process, all claims must be made within 3 business days of the reception of the merchandise. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer at the time of purchase to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity prior to the embellishment process.
YAZBEK will not accept claims made more than 5 days after the merchandise was received, nor accept responsibility for any missing items if the claim results from a third party handling the order -printer, embroiderer or any other, prior to the validation of the order by the buyer.
Yazbek ships within the continental US. If the customer is outside of the continental US, the customer is responsible to cover for the shipping costs.
For all international accounts, delivery has to be done directly to a freight forwarder, for all orders. It is prohibited to request delivery to local addresses (not a Shipping company) or to select a Store Pick-up at checkout, for all International customers.
